While the dashboard keeps projects organized, collaboration between your team and ours ensures ideas move smoothly from planning through delivery.
Our goal is to make the process feel structured, responsive, and easy to navigate for everyone involved.
Meetings & Check-Ins
Your team can schedule a meeting with us anytime through the Schedule a Meeting option in the dashboard.
These meetings can be used for:
• reviewing drafts together
• discussing upcoming video ideas
• prioritizing projects in the queue
• planning future content
All plans include the ability to schedule meetings whenever needed.
For teams on larger plans, we typically establish a more consistent rhythm of check-ins so we can plan content proactively and keep production moving.

Content Planning & Strategy
Beyond individual video requests, collaboration may also include broader conversations around content planning and priorities.
Depending on your plan, this might involve:
• reviewing upcoming ideas before they enter production
• discussing which projects should be prioritized next
• aligning videos with marketing campaigns, events, or product launches
This helps ensure production capacity is focused on the videos that matter most.
Revisions & Iteration
Video production is naturally iterative. Drafts and feedback help refine each project before delivery. When feedback is clear and timely, projects can move quickly through the review window and into final delivery.
Billing & Plans
Plans are monthly, flexible, and easy to manage.
Teams can subscribe online to begin immediately, or schedule a discovery call beforehand if helpful. For organizations that require it, we also support contract or SOW-based onboarding.
Plans can be adjusted, paused, or cancelled as needed.
